Getting started
Use the email associated with your iConnections account. You will need a fund record under your firm to import into Envoy. Have a current deck, teaser, or tear sheet ready if you want Envoy to extract the fund facts; you can also skip documents and enter the information yourself.
Follow the six-step onboarding guide, or open setup.
Envoy access is approved individually. Signing in does not by itself grant access. Once your account has been approved, select Check access on the waiting page. Check that the email shown is the account you intend to use.
The first step imports eligible fund records from your firm’s iConnections profile. If none appear, add or update the fund on iConnections, then select Check again. If Envoy shows the wrong firm, sign out and use the account associated with the correct firm.
A workspace owner or admin can select Add card with Stripe and complete the setup. If you do not have billing permissions, ask an owner or admin to do this, then return to Envoy. If setup was canceled, start it again from the card setup page.
Envoy is free at launch. Monthly paid tiers follow, and every early account hears first with advance notice before paid plans arrive.
A workspace owner or admin adds a card during setup. Nothing is charged today. The card stays on file for usage beyond the included allowance, you will see the rates before anything is charged, and card details go straight to Stripe, never to Envoy.
Fund information
Select the current materials for the fund you are raising for: a deck, teaser, or tear sheet. Envoy shows documents already on your profile and lets you upload newer PDF or PowerPoint files up to 25 MB each. Check the selected documents before choosing Read documents.
If none of the materials are suitable, choose Skip for now and review or enter the fund facts in the next step.
Review the proposed profile against your source materials before approving it. Correct inaccurate values and fill in missing fields. If a document could not be read, try a different file or enter the information yourself. You can approve the information available and complete the remaining fields later.
Audience and campaigns
Hard matching fields and exclusions remove investors from the audience; preferences only change their order. Review restrictive criteria such as investor type, strategy, sector, and geography, and check how the count changes as you edit.
An audience defines who you want to reach. A campaign brings together your fund, selected investors, pitch, approved messages, and send schedule.
No. Prepare outreach for review creates a campaign and starts preparing drafts. You review and approve recipients and messages before a separate launch step. If you are not ready to prepare outreach, choose Finish for now to return to Vault.
Sending and replies
Yes. Review and approve your campaign messages before launch. Check the launch summary for the approved messages, schedule, and attachments.
Campaign messages are delivered through iConnections in your name. Review the sending window in the launch step before confirming.
A reply pauses that investor’s automated follow-up. Continue the conversation in Inbox.
